SiDi shoes eating up miles at Giro D’Italia

The Giro d’Italia is a mecca for cyclists. This race is a test of endurance, stamina and skill that very few riders can pass. At the end of the 10th Stage, SiDi had two of its champions in the front bunch. Vincenzo Nibali of Team Liquigas Cannondale kept the flag flying high with a 4th place finish in the 9th stage and a 28th place in the 10th stage will not hurt his overall position much at all. Currently the points table places him at 11th position. Which means he has been outstripped by SiDi’s Stefano Garzelli of Acqua e Sapone. Garzelli took the 3rd position in the last heat and remains one point ahead of Nibali.

British cycling gets regular television slot

Good news for all the cycling fans in UK. Sky sports will be covering more British cycling events over the summer starting with the National Series road racing. Starting this May, cycling enthusiasts can catch all during Tuesday night which will become a regular slot, according to Sky.

SiDi has been on a winning streak this cycling season, thanks to its incredible shoes and those incredible cyclists wearing them. The level of competition in the SiDi stables was evident during the inaugural test of the 2011 World Cup at the Pietermaritzburg course in South Africa where two SiDi champions battled it out for the finishing line.
