We took a peek at the SiDi 2011 range and we were excited to see some of our favourite shoes in a whole bunch of new colours. SiDi seems to have broken out of its black, white, red colour combinations and dived right into the colourful world of green, cream and blues as well. The new colours lay over the basic and white and black to give the shoes a more stylish and almost an attitude about them that was missing from the SiDi shoes before.

Of course, colour has never stood in the way of SiDi shoe fans, except may be for the ladies preferring their reds and blues to whites and blacks. However, the new colours can only enhance the appeal of these shoes, which are built on a whole new level of perfection.

If you are a regular follower of the blog, then you are keeping track of the number of Cycling Championships the SiDi have won so far and looks set to be winning in future as well. There is no arguing with shoes that are chosen by the top cyclists in the world. The new SiDi colours will definitely make it worth their price, if there was ever any doubt.

Some of the new colours just jumped out at us. The White/Green/Cream Genius 6.6 Carbon Lite Vernice looks edgier than its plain white counterpart while the Genius 6.6 Carbon Lite Mega Vernice will finally be available in white this year.

The Genius 5 pro will be back in a smart White/Black/Red combination, while the Genius 5 Pro Woman Vernice will be sporting a feminine White/Green/Cream look.

The MTB Eagle 6 Carbon SRS Vernice in also sporting the White/Green/Cream look that looks surprisingly neat on an MTB shoe. The other new MTB colour are MTB Five XC in White/Blue/Red and MTB eagle 5 Pro in White/Black/Red.
